我先生第一天入住的的时候就觉得非常开心非常喜欢这个环境房子干净厨房又很宽大老板待人非常亲切友和 护士非常细心清洗我先生的伤口还有员工们也非常的友善照顾我的先生还有提供的食物也吃得非常满足让我们感觉就好像住在一个大家庭里我和我先生衷心的感谢老板护士和他的照顾者司机员工们虽然只是入住短短两个星期但是却让我和我丈夫渡过他的最后一段美好的时光.感恩！

My husband felt very happy when he checked in on the first day. He liked the environment very much. The house was clean and the kitchen was very spacious. The boss was very kind and friendly, and the nurses were very attentive to cleaning my husband's wounds. The staff were also very friendly and took care of my husband. The food provided was very satisfying and made us feel like we were living in a big family. My husband and I would like to sincerely thank the owner, the nurse, his caregivers, the drivers, and the staff for making me and my family happy even though we only stayed here for just two weeks. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for the exceptional care and support you provided to my dear mother during her time at your nursing home. Your dedication and compassion have left a lasting impression on our family, and we are truly grateful for everything you have done.

The care that was given to my mother was truly exemplary, and I cannot thank the caregivers enough for the kindness, patience, and genuine love they showed her. Their tireless efforts to ensure her comfort and well-being did not go unnoticed, and we found solace in knowing that she was in such capable and caring hands.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Yeo for his unwavering support and understanding during this difficult time. His genuine concern for our family and his commitment to providing the best possible care for my mother did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for his leadership and compassion.

During this challenging period, the staff's dedication and Mr. Yeo's support provided us with a sense of comfort and reassurance, knowing that my mother was receiving the highest standard of care in a nurturing and supportive environment.

While it pains us to say goodbye to my dear mother, we take comfort in knowing that she was surrounded by such a remarkable team of individuals who gave her the utmost care and attention. Your continued support, empathy, and professionalism have touched our hearts and made a difficult time more bearable.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion my family received at City Heart Care the moment we walked through their doors, it was evident that this facility is truly dedicated to providing the best possible care for its residents.
The staff at City Heart Care are like an extended family. They treated my dad with the utmost respect, kindness, and patience. It was clear that they not only have the necessary skills and expertise but also genuinely care about the well-being of each resident.
The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and designed with residents' comfort and safety in mind. The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of common areas for socializing and activities. My family has never regretted our choice in putting my brother under the care of City Heart nursing home in JB. After visiting so many well recommended nursing homes in JB, we had finally decided on this as the first impression it gave us was the best! Clean and nice family setting environment. Honestly, my brother is happy with his stay at this nursing home. Not only the boss, Mr Yeo is kind and nice, he is also blessed to be supported by a committed Operations team led by Abi. They never fail to update any important matters to my family especially pertaining to my brother's health (high fever, flu, urine infection, etc...). Also not forgetting the nurses and caregivers who are responsible and dedicated.  Till today, I am still grateful to them for taking good care of my brother who had bedsore since he was admitted to this nursing home. It took over one year for him to completely recover his bedsore. This centre will be my choice of recommendation to my family and friends who need help and support. My mom is staying at City Heart Care since September 2022. Excellent care from this establishment from caregivers, nurses, drivers, F&B, physiotherapist and right up to the Boss. Cleanliness of this home itself is a plus plus point. Food variety and quality is very good. Meticulous layout of individual residences medication are done professionally. My father had a 3 weeks stay in cityheart; the environment is very clean & Mr Yeo, the owner is very accommodating to our needs. The nurses like Nisha has been attentive & fast turnaround time for my father’s medical condition.
The prices is very reasonable in comparison to other nursing home.
